Correcciones 33% es una muestra que reflexiona el tema ciudad tomando Valparaíso como epicentro proyectivo donde se tensiona lo urbanístico, lo cultural y lo social.
Para esto se propone una transformación escenográfica del espacio expositivo.
Es así como tres artistas trabajarán una puesta en escena que desde la ficción pondrán en crisis el imaginario idealizado que se tiene de Valparaíso, a favor de una supuesta realidad crítica

Aquí les detallo los textos a incorporar. La lógica de construcción es la siguiente:

Textos en la pizarra de encargos (post-it)
a) “Un comité de Hombres Buenos, encargó y rechazó a Rodin.
Llamar a concursar por invitación a calificados escultores nacionales o extranjeros, o bien iniciar las negociaciones para adquirir la obra de Rodin, dándole al grupo que hoy se denomina “El Genio de la Guerra” su primitiva y auténtica destinación”
“Genio de la guerra” es el nombre con el cual se conoce la obra de Rodin en cuestión.

Estos antecedentes; el Acta de la Sesión Final de fecha 25 de Octubre de 2007 de la Comisión de Concurso de Anteproyectos de Arquitectura Plaza Sotomayor, Plaza Justicia Y Muelle Prat. Valparaíso, en cabal cumplimiento con los criterios para la selección del Primer Lugar; la carta de fecha 5 de octubre de 2008 de la Oficina Proyecto Chile Imagen-País, por la cual se recomienda ajustar los requerimientos de gentrificación urbana a los imperativos de gestión de marca según las directrices establecidas por la asesoría en “nation brand”, del Sr. Simon Anholt; la propuesta de columnas de palmeras chilenas alineadas en el sentido longitudinal de la plaza que integra adecuadamente el Monumento “El Genio de la Guerra”, obra despreciada por los chilenos en 1880 a ser debidamente restituida por el proyecto ganador; y las facultades que me confieren el artículo Nº 21 del Reglamento Orgánico de la Corporación Nacional de Gentrificación Urbana de fecha 11 de diciembre de 2007.
CONSIDERANDO:
1º Que "la Concertación no advierte que no se puede derrotar a la pobreza sin un alto crecimiento”
2º Que “no está cabalmente convencida de que el crecimiento es el engranaje fundamental para derrotar a la pobreza y también para disminuir la desigualdad”
3º Que “no quiere entender que el problema es otro: sin crecimiento económico, a poco andar se hace imposible financiar los programas sociales”
4º Que “se gobierna con la vista puesta no en los intereses del país, sino en las ventajas de una hermandad de operadores y dirigentes políticos que han terminado por capturar al Estado y convertirlo en feudo de pegas y contratos”
4º Que "la Concertación está con fatiga de materiales"
RESOLUCIÓN:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO: Adóptense todas las medidas pertinentes para el DESALOJO, en un plazo no superior al cumplimiento del bicentenario de la república, de todos los muebles e inmuebles urbanos no ajustados estrictamente a la gestión de marca impulsada por esta oficina.
ARTÍCULO SEGUNDO: Institúyase que la publicidad de exposiciones artísticas y/o culturales deberán “IMPULSAR, PATROCINAR, COORDINAR Y PROMOVER LA IDENTIDAD COMPETITIVA DE NUESTRO PAÍS EN EL EXTERIOR", mediante el uso de propaganda visual EXCLUSIVAMENTE PARA EXPOSITORES LOCALES DE RECONOCIDO ÉXITO INTERNACIONAL, a ser desplegada en los espacios públicos que posean una alta concurrencia ciudadana.

Aquí les detallo los textos a incorporar. La lógica de construcción es la siguiente:
Las letras corresponden a cada uno de los tópicos trabajados:
a) Lo Urbanístico, el trabajo de Carlos.
b) Lo Social, el trabajo de Nino.
c) Lo cultural, el trabajo de Mariana.
Ahora bien, cada uno de estos tópicos ha sido desglosado mediante tres instancias de escritura que involucran a su vez tres temporalidades dadas en sus respectivos soportes:
I- El tiempo del encargo, del recado, representado por la pizarra de post-it.
II- El tiempo del proyectar, representado por la pizarra de tiza. ( Pizarra de Soro)
III- El tiempo del declarar el proyecto en política oficial, representado por el texto de resolución jurídica
En los dos primeros soportes (I y II) están claramente diferenciados los tres tópicos. En el último, se produce una fusión entre los tres para efectos de adoptar la figura escritural de la resolución legal. Respecto a esta última forma (Soporte III) les adjunto como archivo una resolución (que me sirvió de base) del Consejo Nacional de la Cultura y las Artes para que puedan intervenirla colocando el texto que les propongo.
Sobre los materiales textuales utilizados:
El criterio de construcción de los textos es similar al de fotomontaje utilizado por ustedes, en el sentido de que es una fusión entre texto ficcionado con recortes extraídos de fuentes reales. He indicado explícitamente la fuente real en los textos del soporte I. (La pizarra de post-it). En los otros he dejado operar la confusión entre lo real y lo simulado. La razones de esta decisión se debe a que el “encargo” nace siempre –de algún modo- del imperativo de lo real, pero posteriormente el proyecto y finalmente su resolución legal, se tornan completamente ficcionales. El Estado (representado por esta oficina) no es sino una máquina constructora de metáforas en donde el origen real de los encargos se van borrando en el proceso de proyectación y su definitiva formulación jurídica.
